:: OUTREACH ACTIVITIES ::
Beyond the classrooms, SIF has also reached out to the society by organising three workshops and skits over two weekends for the Kala Ghoda festival in February 2008.
The skits with the key messages on environment and social values were arranged to garner attention of many present at the festival. The workshops educated participants on Vermi-composting, Paper Recycling and Preparation of Natural Holi Colours.
A workshop on ‘The Importance of Greening’ was carried out by SIF at JBCN. The workshop was meant to give an insight into environment and nature, also how we are dependent on it for our survival. Being a part of this natural environment is the core essence of our existence which was made understood to all through this workshop.
